DEUTSCHE BINNENREEDEREI AG
Basic activities profile is water transport (mainly the transport of containers) and freight forwarding. Developed are additional business areas such as storage, handling, rental and leasing, planning, and performance of hydraulic engineering works, the undertaking of agency services for insurance, transport, industry, and services as well as the purchase and sale of inland water transport vessels, sale and rental, including other services related to transport and freight forwarding activities. As of 31/12/2010 ODRATRANS SA held an 81.08% stake in the share capital of Deutsche Binnenreederei AG.
RENTRANS CARGO Sp. z o.o.
Activities profile is: rail transport, water transport; handling, warehousing, goods storage; and other supporting transport activities. On 22/01/2010 Rentrans Cargo Sp. z o.o registered a share capital increase from 500,000 PLN to 550,000 PLN. As of 31/12/2010 ODRATRANS SA indirectly held a 54.7% stake in the share capital of Rentrans Cargo Sp. z o.o.
RENTRANS INTERNATIONAL SPEDITION Sp. z o.o.
The company’s activities profile includes: national and international freight forwarding (rail, sea and road), and handling services. On 11 January 2009 Odratrans SA acquired a 100% stake in RIS. As of 31/12/2010 ODRATRANS SA held a 100.00% stake in the share capital of Rentrans International Spedition Sp. z o.o.
PORT HANDLOWY ĹšWINOUJĹšCIE Sp. z o.o.
The company’s main areas of activity are handling and storage. It owns five loading berths (including coal and container terminals), with over 215,000 m2 of warehouse space. On 16/12/2010, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Port Handlowy ĹšwinoujĹ›cie Sp. z o.o. passed a resolution to increase the company’s share capital from 9,114,000 PLN to 17,557,050 PLN. As of 31/12/2010, ODRATRANS SA owned a 42.8% stake in PHS.
ŻEGLUGA BYDGOSKA Sp. z o.o.
The company’s main areas of activity are the production and sale of river aggregate and the handling and storage of goods in the following ports: Bydgoszcz, Malbork, Kostrzyn, UjĹ›cie and KrzyĹĽ Wlkp. In addition, the company offers services in the renting of office space, storage yards, warehouses, and handling and mining equipment. In 2008, the company’s registered name was changed to Ĺ»egluga Bydgoska Sp. z o.o. As of 31/12/2010, ODRATRANS SA directly held a 100% stake in the share capital of Ĺ»egluga Bydgoska Sp. z o.o.
ODRATRANS-PORTY Sp. z o.o.
The company’s activities profile includes:
- transport, forwarding, and handling services,
- storage, packing of goods,
- maintenance of bonded warehouses,
- commercial services in import and export,
- production of aggregates,
- trading of domestic and foreign goods.
The company’s operational activities support the transport activities conducted by the Capital Group and extend the scope of its activities. As of 31/12/2010, ODRATRANS S.A. held a 100% stake in the share capital of ODRATRANS – Porty Sp. z o.o.
